Rebuilt the admin system and Angular frontend from the ground up, establishing API patterns, coding standards, and cloud deployment strategy. Delivered scalable .NET Core REST APIs secured with Azure AD B2C and the government's MyAccount identity platform, backed by CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with automated builds, testing, and quality gates.
